In general, most anything goes, as long as it isn't illegal for me to host in
the US.

Additional things which may be removed:
- Large files with no discernible content.
- Many copies of the same thing.
- Tumbleweed defamation.

Other important notes:
- No attempt is made to link uploads to their uploader.
- Uploads are not accessible without a link (except by myself).
- An attempt is made to automatically clear images of metadata (location data,
  device information, &c.), however this should not be relied upon.
